Amazing Videos on How Oil and Gas Workers Pass the Time

A lot of us work very hard at our careers. But there are days when work slows down, which then allows us to breathe and relax a little. And what do you do to pass the time? Do you go on an extended lunch break? Leave work early? Or do you catch up with personal affairs? Whichever they may be, do you think it can compete with oil and gas workers out in the field? They’re known to work extremely hard and have long hours, and are often away from family and loved ones for an extended period of time. But when they have some free time on their hands, it appears their commitment to working hard has rubbed off in their commitment to playing hard too. And it shows. Below are some amazing videos on how oil and gas workers pass the time. They’re quite creative.

Oil Rig Workers Film Amazing Cover of Toto’s Africa
If you haven’t seen this before, you’re in for a real treat. This was shot on location aboard the Bourbon Peridot Vessel in Equatorial Guinea, West Africa. A clever oil rig worker made this music cover of Toto’s Africa as an homage to the continent they were working on. Colleagues joined in on the fun to help make the video and they used the ship’s equipment as musical instruments.
So if you’re having a terrible day or need something to smile about, take 10 minutes out of your day to watch this and then re-watch it again. It’ll be worth it to watch this masterpiece unfold.
